Justice Raghuvendra Singh Rathore did his schooling from Mayo College (Ajmer) and graduated in BA (Hons) from Delhi University. Appointed Counsel for Rajasthan High Court (Jaipur) by: Rajasthan Housing Board, Rajasthan Financial Corporation, Rajasthan State Agricultural Marketing Board, Jaipur Development Authority, and Maharishi Dayanand Saraswati University, Ajmer. Served as a member of the following bodies from time to time: Editorial Board, Rajasthan Criminal Cases (leading reporter of the State on criminal law); Rajasthan Advocates Welfare Fund Committee and Bar Council of India Advocates Welfare Fund Committee for the State of Rajasthan. Elected Vice President of Rajasthan High Court Bar Association (1989). Elected to the State Bar Council of Rajasthan from 1998-2003 and once again in 2004 for a period of five years. Appointed Additional Advocate General for the State of Rajasthan in November 2006. Justice Raghuvendra Singh Rathore was elevated as an additional judge of the Rajasthan High Court on July 5, 2007. Appointed as a permanent judge of the Rajasthan High Court on November 4, 2008. Appointed to the National Green Tribunal as a Judicial Member with effect from January 16, 2016 and his tenure ended on 30 June, 2020.
